The goal is financial education for all. Every credit union that joins puts real money skills in front of thousands more members, and it pays the credit union back. A referral program spreads that one peer at a time, because credit unions trust each other more than they trust a pitch.
That's the big problem with so much financial education. The people who need it most hit a paywall. We think that's backwards.
The newsletter, the course, the podcast and the calculators. Anyone can use them. No paywall, no credit card.
What a credit union pays for is to have its name alongside our content. Its own section in every issue, its brand on the course, and a dashboard that shows who's reading.
The credit union's money keeps it free for everyone. Members get the education, and the credit union gets the credit.
And most never learned how money works. That's the gap every credit union that joins helps close.

National Financial Educators Council, Dec 2025A weekly newsletter they actually open (74% average), a full course, a podcast and calculators. Less money stress, more confidence, real wealth over time.
Their own section in every issue puts their products in front of engaged members every week, and the dashboard shows who's reading and clicking. That's the ROI story a referrer can tell a peer.
You already have the trust. Every person you send our way gets real financial education, and every one of them is reading about your credit union each week. Here are three ways to get more people involved.
Put the sign-up link in your member email, your app, your website and your lobby. We built the posts, the flyer and the QR code for you. They're in your portal.
Every employer group you serve is a room full of people who need this. Add a SEG in the Your SEGs tab and you get their own link, QR, flyer and HR email, plus a count of who joined.
You know credit unions we don't. One intro from you does more than any pitch from us. Their members get the same education, and you get rewards for yours.
The Gmail draft to Todd. Everything runs through inboxes, and the only thing we can see is a click on the video.
A note, a forwardable email, a short text version and her own video link.
She fills in [Name] and [Credit Union] and sends it to a peer from her inbox.
The link is tagged usf, so we see the click in GA4. That's all we see.
If they're interested they reply to Juli, she connects them, and Todd takes the call.
Put referrals in the partner portal Juli already uses, next to Your SEGs. Same engine we just built: a tracked link per person, counts that update on their own.
Peer's name, their credit union, an email. Ten seconds.
Her email app opens with everything filled in. It still comes from her, which is why it gets opened.
"Juli at USF sent you this." Her quote, the video, a gift, a button to book Todd.
Straight onto Todd's calendar. No reply chain.
Sent, watched, call booked, signed. Each step emails her a thank-you.
What Juli sees in her portal
What the peer sees when they click
"Our members open it every week, and our products are right there in it. It's the easiest win we've had in member education."
Every reward is more financial education for their members, not anything for Juli personally. That's what keeps it clear of the referral fee rules she raised, and it's stuff Todd already does.
A shout-out to their credit union in that week's partner section. "Thanks, USF."
A podcast guest seat for someone from their credit union.
A free live money session for their members with Todd, or 500 FR books for their branches.
Three joins puts them on the Founding Rebel wall on /credit-unions/, top of their state, for good.
Free sessions and books are member education they'd pay for anyway. The wall is public proof they lead.
"Because Juli sent you" makes the gift feel personal, and it's the reason to book the call this week instead of someday.
The fewer words a referrer has to write, the more referrals we get. My pick is the first one.
Juli types a name and ticks "you can say I sent you." That's it. Todd sends the email himself, mentioning her. Zero writing for her, and we control the pitch.

CU people meet at chapter meetings and conferences. A business card with Juli's QR on the back. Hand it over, the scan counts as her referral.
When a partner gets their monthly report with a good open rate, the email ends with "Know a credit union that should see this?" and one button.
